I submitted all the required documents in Surigao Branch but until now still on process pa daw ang merging of my name.Accdg to them Butuan branch will be the one to approved. How long would it took me to wait diay where in fact naa nata sa age of technology para mapabilis ang processing? Hoping for your immediate action on this matter for mag 20 years nako pohon by July, 2018. Tnx.

Feeling disappointed with your services. Sobrang bagal ng action with regards to the multipurpose loan of my brother. Loan application filed last nov. 4 and until now wala pa rin siyang checke.
