Kapag may complain sa inyo ang mga client ninyo please make sure na gagawan ninyo ng report at handa kayo makinig sa mga complain ng client ninyo. Kaya nga kayo tinatawag na customer service representative para pakinggan ninyo ang problem at hindi para mambara ng kliyente. Kaya nga pumunta jan dahil may problema ang metro ninyo regardless kung bagong issue pa yan.. bastos kang babae ka nasa customer service representative area!
