BY PROFESSION: Born in 1968 in Cebu, Philippines, Arnold Ramirez studied Electrical Engineering at the University of San Carlos Technological Center. He Graduated in the year 1998 with a Bachelors Degree and soon earned his licence the following year. He never worked as an engineer.
