here in davao...bad services!!! same, it happened to me, i ordered wildtrak and they told me it will arrive next week...but they told me after a week that it will be available again the following week (so ok!) but then again after a week they told me, sorry sir wala pong availale na color na gusto mo...sai nila white lang daw available pero it will arrive again after a week (so i just said yes its ok). but then after a week, again the told me (sorry po sir automatic po ang na order ko, which is manual ang order ko)...and the girl said...sorry sir akala ko at ang order mo. ha? ha? wtf!!! not fair for us customers!!!!!

i am a ford lover, in fact i got my wildtrak a couple of years ago and a few weeks later i have my everest sold after using it for 6.5 years, i placed my reservation in october last year here in iloilo for the 2015 ford everest 2.2 titanium, a very slim change in the line up was observed, i placed then a reservation in ford batangas where i was informed to be the no 1 in the line up since dec. no available color of my choice since then, allocation seems difficult for cash buyers, i ask 1 of fords dealer, about the quickest way of having the unit, well in house financing she said will do. this proved unfair practice of fords dealer to their customers. if this won't be corrected i would rather buy other brand of car and if it happened i will never ever patronize any of fords car. sincerely, arthur
