i just want to apply for the online application for napolcom promotional exam for my uncle but I was confused since the status appeared is Online Examination Application Scheduling System is closed for this category...why?..dba March 16,2013 yung unang araw sa pag fill up nga promotional form bakit ang dali namang na close,,,i need reply soon.....tanx
