I applied for a Clearance on line in view of my retirement which shall be effective come January 1, 2020. I filled-up the application form last Friday Nov. 6, 2020. My online application was confirmed but I failed to print the Confirmation Slip since the internet connection was suddenly cut-off. I tried to browse my laptop two hours later to search for the Confirmation Slip but I could not find it anymore. My question is: Do I have to apply again and fill-up the on-line application form?

I´m writing here, because it was not possible wether to open the website of the Ombudsman nor to find a direct emailadress to the Ombudsman. Pls look into the flow of transactions of Tacloban City Division DedEd. I tried to contact by email Mayor Romualdez thru since last week of March, 2013 but I got no reply as of date. In the particular transaction I tried to follow-up, bill pay't to BAYAN Telecommunications, Inc., It took more than a month from voucher preparation to signature of the Accountant. The delay of bill payment for about two months caused the disruption of internet services of San Jose Night High School where I am a Roman Catholic Volunteer Catechist. I'm trying to help the graduates get a scholarship but I cannot coordinate with the concerned faculty as there is no internet services which is the best & most economical way to communicate, at least for me. Kindly provide me with Ombudsman-Visayas email ad so I forward to you my emails to Mayor Romualdez. Thank you.

Kindly, investigate the department of Singson in the Lapu-Lapu City Engineers because this department are authorizing the acquisition of lands to be utilized by the government without legal papers to produce the ownership of such local property boundaries in Marigondon. The barangay captain also has the power to just execute the project by buldozing the properties. No town meetings at least x3 as a democratic government. Her name is Lucresia Amores.
