just this april 13 , 2013 i cant connect through internet ,, the smart bro unit keeps on blinking red ,what should i do ? i paid bills right but i cant use it. you already tried to reset it but still its blinking red.

I can not call even your costumer hotline the *888 on my cell all numbers i dial says the number is can not be completed as dialled . Please do something about this asap.
