Objective:  Conceptualize and create visually appealing displays inside and outside of a store to draw in business, showcase items, introduce new items, create a positive store image and increase revenue. Build attractive displays and disassemble them, order printed signage. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Conducts research on the latest trends in supermarket displays and in fashion. 2. Delegate functions and tasks to subordinates. Coordinates with technicians and staff for the proper and safe implementation of display designs. 3. Creates, sketches, and conceptualize designs for displays and other marketing activities for approval. 4. Prepare in-store displays innovatively and attractively where there are promotional events and frequently changing displays in accordance with the season, market trends and festivities. 5. Install and dismantles store displays. 6. Look for materials that are needed in the displays like props, lighting and accessories. Ensuring the proper lighting of all signboards of the store. 7. Strategizing the display and branding of the store promotions and events for increasing sales of the store. 8. Take advantage of the store layout thereby maximizing the usage of available space. 9. Keep track of the purchasing trend of the customer and strategize presentation accordingly. 10. Takes customer feedback from sales and customer service team. 11. Give suggestions to head and buyers. 12. Coordinate with in-store employees and visit and analyze nearby stores. 13. Make a visual presentation of the store before putting up a display. 14.
