to whom it may concern; i would like to formally lodge a complaint regarding the bad service i have received from your batangas, alabang and santa rosa casas. they surely can sell cars, but don’t store many parts and their customer service is absolutely atrocious. i needed to replace the cracked gas/diesel line on my chevy colorado; a very common and simple part to stock; yet, you would have thought i was looking to buy the queen’s crown jewels. we have always been a chevrolet family; we were warned by many friends that owning a chevy in the philippines was a crazy idea, due to the high repair prices and lack of parts; but to be told by one employee that maybe we should have purchased a toyota because parts are easier to locate, it’s the ultimate slap in the face. i hope to hear as soon as possible from someone with clout and management authority; we have heard sufficient excuses from low level employees who don’t really care if we buy another chevy...or a toyota. looking forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. sincerely, marissa rodriguez +63 927 704 6346
