Forum Resarch and Educational Center was organized and incorporated in 1998 by a group of faculty members from the Department of Social Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences at the University of the Philippines Manila. Our organizers have post-graduate degrees and have taken advanced training in research methodologies in the Philippines and abroad.
