Centennial Garden is the first venture of South Spring Development, Inc. (SSDI), a duly organized corporation situated at Alsgro Bldg., No. 84 National Road, Putatan, Muntlinlupa City. SSDI was incorporated on the 15th of September, 1995 under the virtue of the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
