Happy Hearts Child Development Center started as a vision of its founders Ernesto Medalle Padayhag and Milagros Enerio Lambatan Padayhag, to establish a school where learning is fun. Started in 2006 with classes for Nursery/Toddler and Kindergarten, it is expanding yearly with additional classes for Elementary. They envision a school that has a low teacher-to-student ratio and a radical approach to learning based on Mrs. Milagros Padayhag?s extensive training and experience with children as a teacher in San Francisco, USA, in addition to Pagadian City, Philippines.
