|#|Poor service at the Pasig Business Center. While we have logged a valid complaint last May 20, 2014 and no logical explanation received up to present, no positive action was done by this office. Your people cannot produce the authorization to have the service line and post erected and the right of way drawing presented was erroneous during a personal visit to the business center. While the service line passing over our property and post was removed or relocated, there now is a big bunch of orange wires over our roof. As of this writing, two (2) more of the orange wires have been put in place by your service crew while the complaint is still to be addressed.
