The Cooperative Insurance System of the Philippines (CISP) is a national cooperative federation committed to deliver security through insurance packages to members of cooperatives, labor unions and cooperatives oriented groups and organizations. CISP's existence has been legalized with its initial registration with the Department of Local Government and Community Development on April 08, 1974 and the subsequent issuance of the Certificate of Authority to operate by the Insurance Commission on September 30, 1974.
