LINGAP PANGKABATAAN INCORPORATED Care for Children], Is a non-government, non-stock and not-for-profit, faith-based, social development organization established in 1981 committed for holistic development of children and youth, together with their families and communities. Since 1981, Lingap has touched the lives of more than 18,000 Filipino children including their families. Today it is directly assisting 2,500 children and youth in Metro Manila, Bulacan and selected provinces in Mindanao, and reaching out to more than 3,000 children-at-risk through the various programs implemented by local project partners nationwide
