It was year 1986 when I started to practice art of design and construction. This was specially conceived after 25 years of accumulative experience and expertise locally and abroad. The following year, I was given a chance to work in New Zealand that lasted for ten years, where design practice and philosophy were formed. I worked with the two known Architecture-Engineering firms, with project involvement in design of hospitals, Airport, Shopping Centers and University Projects under Stephenson & Turner Architects, and Electro-Mech Service Engineers. This firm gave me additional dimension in services engineering principles.
