good day sir/ madam. tanong ko lang po ang status ng license ID card ko, which I applied for renewal last april 10,2013 . 3 times na ako pa balik balik jan sa office sa san fernando.. palagi ang sagot sa akin ,( printer is not available ) pls.inform me as soon as possible regarding the status of my ID, bakastion lang po ako dito at paalis na po ako by next week. my OR # is 393646002 thank and regards.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to LTO Enforcer Mr. Ronald Dizon for being kind and understanding yesterday morning in Capas Tarlac kung saan meron silang operation. Magalang niya pinahinto ang van na minamaneho ko at sinita ang topload. Pinakita ko ang xerox copy ng rehistro at napansin ko hindi pala nakasama ang topload sa pagparehistro ng van ko. Nagpaliwanag na lang ako sa kanya na maaabala ako pag tiniketan nya ako kasi sa Manila pa ako umuuwi. I was expecting na makokotongan ako that time but I was absolutely wrong kasi meron palang isang Enforcer na tapat sa kanyang tungkulin at mabait na magalang pa. If only I have the power I will highly recommend him for a promotion which will encourage his colleagues para pamarisan ang isang katulad ni Mr. Dizon. I salute you Sir. Kahit dito man lang maiparating ko sa inyo ang taos pusong pasasalamat ko sa iyo. More power to you Sir. God bless.

My colleague complained the employee named Claudine Patiu but was not yet addressed. Naningil ng sobrang taas sa license. Maputi siya na mataba.
