Sir, I am a victim of Martinez Trans Bus Plate No. PWH 721 owned and operated by Mrs. Elizabeth Abellera of 142 Sta. Mesa Condominium. The Bus according to the latest record of LTO Dagupan City was last registered in January 29,2010. This bus has a pending case of reckless imprudence resulting to damaged property and minor injuries. The court's decision with the writ of execution under br. 2 sheriff Jerry as ordered by the court that the Bus operator should pay the demanded amount. But the Bus owner is trying to evade the resposibility and pushes the Sta Lucia Trans owner to pay since according to her was also the new owner of the Martinez Trans.
