mr. noel dizon meralco branch manager national highway corner a. mabini street, barangay san antonio, san pedro, laguna dear mr. dizon, i am mrs. nerissa naval borlaza, daughter of mr. pedro naval who owns a parcel of land situated in barangay zapote municipality of binan, city of laguna. we have a contract in meralco with service id# 154575201-8 in the name of pedro naval, and are complaining the following issue’s to your office: • obstruction of meralco electrical wiring into our on-going building construction in the site area mentioned on the above. • improper installation / connection of electrical service drop going to our neighbors kw/hr meter without our consent. • electrical support must be in place to avoid drooping of the wire as per electrical standard. • meralco electrical pole are located inside our lot area. to resolve the problem, i would appreciate if your office will do some actions as soon as possible for it was already inspected by engineer paulo cruz, and we believed that meralco are deemed responsible for all the modifications to be made. i look forward to your reply and a resolution to the problem in order to avoid the delay of our on-going building construction. sincerely yours, nerissa naval borlaza
