Today Feb.22,at about 1pm., my daughter Maelin Joy Caderao stopped the tricycle bearing the body number of 0385 for a ride from ICM to Dao bus terminal but the tricycle driver refused because it's only 8pesos fare.She can,t complain at LTO because she was in a hurry fro Carmen.I want to call the attention of the LTO officials to impose some disciplinary action against this foolish driver.
