Follow-up ko lang po application namin sa metro ng kuryente ng bahay sa eber st., Metrogate, lambskin, Marilao. kumpleto na lahat papers at sabi last 10 June ay within 1-3 days para I-energize na lang po. Umabot na 4 days wala pa din. yong 1-3 days ba ay naging 1-3 weeks. mag 6 days na kasama Saturday at Sunday. Hanging kaylan kami magtitiis nagbayad na po kami? ano po ba definition ng serbisyo publiko...kung hanging kelan makatiis aplikante???????

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: I called up 16211 of Meralco complaining about the street light (95-6333) beside our house. I was given a reference number by the said call agent but until now there's no action regarding the said problem.
