In January 2000, Soler established his own practice concentrating in litigation of federal and state cases. In some of the cases, Soler represented clients in cases of medical malpractice, birth related injuries, cerebral palsy and serious physical, mental and emotional damages. In other cases, Soler was retained by business entities in cases dealing with commercial transactions, intellectual property, corporate law and insurance. Since the putset of hi practice, Mr. Soler-Muñiz' career has been highlighted by judgments and settlements of cases in the high hundred thousand dollars up to the million dollars mark. Soler is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Federal Court for the District of Puerto Rico, First Circuit Federal Court, Supreme Court of the United States and is a Latin Notary in Puerto Rico. He is the Puerto Rico State Representative of the American Association for Justice and a frequent lecturer of seminars for continuous legal education for entities such as the Puerto Rico Bar Association and Seminarios Jurídicos, Inc.
