I absolutely love ILKB and it has changed my life! I’ve never felt stronger and more in shape than I do now. I’ve always struggled to stick with something long-term and so happy that I’ve finally found something I love that always challenges and pushes me. This is a very supportive environment with amazing instructors who are always encouraging and motivating us. Plus, I’ve met some pretty awesome people that I get to call my fitfam!

I signed up for a membership at ILK Dallas in June because I wanted a change in my workout regime. These classes have motivated me to push myself a little more each time I am there. It's a great place to work out and close by my house. The trainers are professional, friendly and always encourage me during the workout. I like the fact that their schedule is flexible and I can go to as many classes I want any day of the week.

I love coming to the White Rock location. The people are awesome. The warm up just about kills me a little less every time. I know I am getting in better shape when I can handle an entire warm up without having to take a break. I totally have sweat dripping from my face and onto my shirt once class. The entire vibe of this place is one of support and positivity.

ILKB was one of the best decision I have made. The instructors are so motivating from the second I meet them. I never liked going to the gym and ILKB changed that for me. I am excited to go to class everyday. You guys are awesome

Just started a couple of weeks ago, but I'm really loving it. From the flexibility of classes to the AMAZING atmosphere! The entire staff is super supportive and high energy. Makes u feel welcome everytime you walk thru the door and it carries on with the other members also! So glad I joined this fit fam. Can't wait to see where my goals take me!

Best Workout in Dallas My husband and I started at ILKB in February and we are so happy it opened in our neighborhood. I’ve never been into fitness classes and I thought I would be intimidated if I tried something new like kickboxing. I was wrong. The classes at ILKB are challenging enough to be a great workout and so much fun at the same time. The instructors are amazing people and great sources of inspiration and support. They take a personal interest in every single ILKB member and encourage you to do everything possible to achieve the results you want out of a fitness program. And even better, all of the other members are so nice and fun to work out with. It’s so exciting and rewarding to see everyone make progress with their fitness goals. Thanks to ILKB, my husband and I are both stronger than ever and have so much more energy than before we joined. Joining ILKB really is the best investment we’ve ever made in our health.

This place is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and high energy from start to finish in the workout. They care about people reaching there fitness goals I've been there for about two months and have seen result. Love this place!
