I would highly recommend ILKB for any one who wants to kick start their fitness goals. Very friendly instructors and you will get great results from awesome workouts everyday.

This place is incredible. The pizza was perfect and the beer cold just right for game day. We came in the restaurant with 9 people and had a great time watching the pre-game and game on there tv's. Love you guys. Thank you for a wonderful day. Go Saints

I've been going to see this dental clinic for the last few months now and every single time I am treated with above and beyond patient care. I suffer from TMJ and in my late teens I ended up having my jaw muscles lock while my mouth was open at the dentist. It was an awful experience resulting in me completely being terrified of going to the dentist again. About 8-10 years later, I knew it was time. I absolutely LOVE ILoveKickboxing – Poway. I found them through their Facebook Ad for 3 classes. I said, “Why not?! It’s worth a shot!!” After taking my first class, I felt I made a GOOD decision about this place. The entire staff is SOOOOO welcoming and friendly, you always feel a part of the “family”! They start you off with a tour of the facility, then talk to you about your goals. Once those are established, you get to learn how to wrap your wrists and hands and finally get to put on your gloves! That’s when it became real to me, LOL! In your first class, your coach teaches you the basics and is there for you the entire time. I really liked that part, especially because I have never done it! It was definitely a nice intro to the class and you can guarantee you WILL be sweaty after it! I don’t like going to the gym but coming here is a different story! It’s a different workout each time and you are ALWAYS challenged. You can go at your own pace which is also very nice!! I get a GOOD workout in EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I would encourage ANYONE to try it out! Put in the work and SEE/FEEL the results! You will be glad you did, I sure am!! Hope to see you on the mat!!

Their Retinol cream is one of the best I have used. I've tried so many and this one works best on my skin. I 100% recommend this product!

ILKB Los Alamitos is a fun and motivating work out. Everyone is supportive and encouraging. The facility is super clean and the workout is a blast.

After my first class in October 2018, I signed up on the spot! I had been looking for a fun and challenging workout to help me train for runs and relieve some of the daily stress from my other jobs as a mommy and elementary school teacher. No matter your fitness level, the workout will make you SWEAT, burn calories, and feel stronger by the end of the class. I really love the cleanliness of the studio and the times of classes offered each week. The late afternoon and evening classes have helped me stay on a schedule of 2-3 times/week. There is plentiful parking and convenience in the shopping plaza. I have met some amazing fellow kick boxers who help motivate me (no judging, only smiles). The staff of ILKB (thank you Joanna, Drew, Savannah, James, and Andrea, as well as Elaine and Chi!) has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, especially during the class when they give tips to improve form and increase stamina. Instead of dreading my workout, I look forward to my kickboxing classes and what I'll be learning or working on that session!
