I love this place there is never a day that I don't want to go the instructors are very nice and help you whenever you need help and keep on motivating you to do your best 10/10 would do this everyday if I could

ILKB Lynnwood is amazing. I am in my 6th month as a member, 20 lbs down and stronger than ever. The instructors are amazing and really seem to love what they do!

I LOVE this place! So much energy and positivity right when you walk in the door. The instructors make the workout fun and challenging. They also have fun interactive events like live DJ nights and scavenger hunts. It's like having a little kickboxing family! A-MA-ZING!!!

This place is amazing!! specially the trainers. They always keeps me motivated and excited. I have quit a lot of gyms in the past but this is the only place that have kept me coming back and pushing me to achieve my goals. I will highly recommend this place to anyone who is struggling with positive body image issue and motivation...the trainers are just the best!!

I LOVE this place! I had been wanting to try boxing for years but kept putting it off because I never felt like I was "fit enough." However, now that I'm at a better place in my life, I figured I'd give it a shot. The customer service I've received from the beginning has been awesome - from the initial phone call with Gabie to get scheduled for my first class to the end of my first class, everything was great. The class was SO FUN. I felt completely energized the whole time and they really take the time to show you the different combinations and moves. The class was taught by Brittany, Leslie, and Justin, and they were excellent. Since then I've also taken a class with Nyke and Morgan, and they're just as fun! Signing up for a membership was a great investment for me, and I look forward to going to many more classes and starting to see/feel the changes in my body and energy. Thanks guys!

I've tried other places, but never really like one before this one. I really like everything about this place

I love it here. I'm a yo yo gymer sadly and always wondered why my motivation has died each time these last few years. This place made me realize it's the management and employees and being in a no judgment but kick butt place. Three times there and everyone made it a point to remember my name. They push you hard but are right beside you working hard too, even the manager Kim takes classes and works super hard. The bag is so much fun. There aren't mirrors everywhere like a lot of group classes. I never feel judged by the trainers or members and actually everyone feels like family. I look forward to working out and know I'm accountable to so much more than just me now. My only complaint is that everyone who joins loves it so it does tend to get busy and cramped sometimes. Maybe more classes being added would help.

I was nervous about my first day. But I've never been happier with my choice to sign up. It's a fast paced workout combine with high energy motivation and skilled instructon. I don't want to say it was the best choice I've ever made. But it's in the top 5 choices I've ever made.
