I love this place. It's a great place to workout without feeling self conscience because there is EVERY kind of body shape here. There are super skinny people and heavier people but everyone has a positive attitude that makes you want to push yourself harder. I signed up for a whole year which wasn't cheap but I can go as many times as I want. It is co-ed classes but separate locker rooms. I highly suggest people at least give this place a try. I fell in love and now always excited to workout!!

Awesome place. Two weeks of ILoveKickboxing at Lynnwood and I am 1 dress size down. The staff is super helpful and the classes are fun. Would suggest it to everyone who is tired of the gym scene.

Ilovekickboxing is amazing. The staff keeps me motivated and to always push myself. I love that each class has different workouts and different kickboxing combinations. I recommend for everyone to come to ilovekickboxing!

ilovekickboxing takes gym classes to a new level! It's an hour long class that makes me sweat and feel stronger! The instructors are amazing and keep the class pumped the whole time. I attend 2-3 times a week and it makes such a huge difference in my stress levels. ilovekickboxing changed my life.

I was looking for a different fitness routine as I was getting bored with my regular one. This place is amazing! The instructors are fantastic and the workouts are a ton of fun! It's great because you can go at your own pace but get the extra motivation to do your best from not only the instructors but from everyone else in class. I immediately signed up for a membership after one class. I highly recommend this place!!

I became a member in February, and seriously... how did I go so long without it? I went to a class based on a strong recommendation from a friend, and I am so happy to say that it even exceeded those expectations. The studio is so clean, the instructors are AMAZING, and the workout routines are challenging and I leave the class so proud of myself! THANK YOU TO THE AMAZING STAFF AND INSTRUCTORS!

Ilovekickboxing in Lynnwood is amazing and has already changed my life in the short amount of time I have been going. You arrive for the first time and are immediately welcomed by the super friendly trainers who just love being around their fit family. The locker rooms are always clean and safe. I cannot say enough about the trainers, they are instant friends with everyone and once the music starts they don't hesitate to both kick your butt and motivate you all the same time. (FYI it's hard to laugh while out of breathe) I have already lost 5 inches around my stomach in just 6 sessions (combined with eating right). Now I find I am constantly trying to get my friends and family to join! Best decision I have made in along time for my health and wellbeing!

I absolutely love this place! I enjoy every workout so much and look forward to attending every class I can. The instructors are amazing, encouraging and supportive, while pushing you to give each workout your all.

I've never enjoyed working out as much as I do now that I found ILoveKickboxing. It's an intense whole body workout that is addictive!! I love it so much I signed me and my two teenage daughters up who are also now addicted.
