My children and I love the Elite Martial Arts school in Olathe. The instructors are all great with the kids, and they have learned so much about respect and personal responsibility. The Bedford's make it a point to get to know the parents and students, and make everyone feel welcome. Elite has been such a vital part of my kids life, the self esteem and growth they have exhibited has been amazing.

My 7yo son has been attending Elite Martial Arts in Olathe for just over a year. He began in the Tiger Class, has since earned his Orange Decided belt, and just recently joined Black Belt Club. We have had nothing but positive experiences since day one. The instructors and staff are absolutely outstanding. The owner, Mr. Bedford, is a phenomenal instructor and mentor to the students. He teaches in a way that makes every kid feel confident, and capable of succeeding. The forms required to learn for belt testing are challenging yet attainable. With each testing cycle, the instructors focus on teaching a valuable life lesson, such as honesty, responsibility, etc. My son recently experienced bullying at school and employed some of the lessons he'd learned to resolve the situation. I've seen a huge improvement in his attitude, respect, maturity, and responsibility in this past year. Attending Elite Martial Arts has been one of the best choices we have made for our son.

Our family are members of Elite Martial Arts in Olathe and we are extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend it. Our teenage son takes instruction from the Bedford’s there and we have been so happy with his training that we are going to start our younger two children and my husband as well. It’s a great value for the money, and has no hidden costs or fees that are unexpected. The class sizes are really good and the times classes are offered are at convenient times almost every day of the week so it makes it easy to attend regularly. Most importantly to us, beyond exercise and physical skills, the training focuses on character building, discipline and good decision making as well. If you are looking for a great family orientated training location this is it!

Elite Martial Arts is a great place for kids to learn Taekwondo. Instructors are organized and make it a fun activity for kids. The adult classes are fun as well.

My wife and i are so very thankful with Elite Martial Arts for the dedication the got on teaching our daughters , they have improved so much on their confidence, their discipline, been more organized not only at home but also at school. We really love how The Bedford,s and their staff are so dedicated on teaching their students, they treat them with respect and encouragement to improve their skills, we feel blessed that we found Elite Martial Arts. it has changed our life's completely in a very awesome and exciting way . Nearly 2 years ago, our oldest son was gifted a free trial at Elite Martial Arts.  At the time, he was struggling a great deal with his focus, discipline, self-control, and self-confidence.  Elite has helped him to make tremendous gains in all of those areas!  In addition, he has found a sport that he is passionate about, and he has made a number of wonderful friends with whom he loves training.  Taekwondo is now a family affair for us.  My husband, our younger son, and I are also training at Elite.  We really enjoy the opportunity to participate in family classes together, and our sons love being able to practice with their mom and dad at home.  We also value the life lessons that are taught at Elite.  Instruction focuses on self-defense and bullying prevention, of course, but it also reinforces personal traits, such as honesty, integrity, self-esteem, and discipline, that are equally--if not more--important.  To top it all off, it's a good workout!!!  

When you walk in the door at Elite Martial Arts you walk into a world where kids learn to respect others, learn to respect themselves, they are encouraged to always to their best, they learn to be gracious winners and how to accept defeat. They learn what it means to work hard and see the payoffs. They learn all of these things and so much more. Our daughter is 7 and has been training at Elite for just over 2 years now. We're thankful that we found Elite so early in her life. She learning skills that she will use the rest of her life.

I'm proud of the man he is becoming and grateful for the positive real-life role models he's found at Elite.
