Being at Elite Martial Arts has done wonders for my family! There is no other place that we have been that provides such a positive, friendly attitude towards everyone that is there. My son has been doing martial arts for over 11 years and my wife has been training for almost 6. Not only is Elite beneficial for us physically, but it challenges us mentally as well. The instructors there are also very caring and patient, and willing to help anyone who needs it. I would highly recommend anyone to try out Elite Martial Arts, no matter what age you are!

My son was really struggling with finding something where the reinforcement was always so positive that he wanted to participate every time and never got discouraged. He has been able to take lessons from class and apply them to other activities and school. The instructor even takes time in class to address the parents and let them know what they can expect in their child's development and how we can help them progress.

I can't imagine a better environment for kids and adults to learn martial arts. But there is so much more to Elite Martial Arts. The Bedfords are an amazing couple who are building a great Taekwondo school built on all of the highest principles of ATA Taekwondo. They have a well trained staff and all are caring and encouraging, when you are doing well, or when you need some pointers to improve your skills. Children learn respect for the instructors and each other in a structured environment where it is safe to make mistakes and learn from them. I am an older adult student, ex-teacher, who greatly admires the way Elite is helping the children to become confident, respectful, and caring individuals. And I appreciate the respect they have for the adult students and how encouraging they are when it doesn't come easily.

Elite has been an absolute gift to my daughter. She has always had a difficult time sticking with and enjoying ANY extracurricular activity, but she has easily been able to stay engaged at Elite. We in fact frequently have her asking to participate in the other various activities provided. We've been able to watch our daughter grow and gain confidence in her capabilities. The Bedford's and the entire staff at Elite are phenomenal! Mr. Bedford always manages to combine teaching a fundamental belief of Tae Kwan Do with an aspect of everyday life, making it so much easier for my daughter to remember and apply to her daily life. Her little sister is three and already enjoys trying to practice with her sister, I definetely have another future Tiger on my hands. Once you join Elite, you become part of a big family that not only cares about the student but the rest of your own family as well.

My son has shown improvement since enrolling with Elite. We are all very pleased. He really enjoys the classes. My husband and I have also joined and we are enjoying the classes. We are getting into shape, gaining self confidence, and making new friends.

ATA Elite Martial Arts in Olathe, Kansas has become "the glue" that keeps our family working together. This is a FINE Martial Arts school. Mr. Bedford is an effective instructor, encourages challenges for healthy body and mind. He is experienced with different styles of Martial Arts. We appreciate Mr. Bedford promoting awareness in situations that extend to real life. We appreciate the atmosphere of the school, it is strong and welcoming. We enjoy the option of a year-round discipline where all participants perform and are always accountable. I am the mom in our family and I work full-time. I personally questioned my skill level = low! AND my time availability before joining the school. So, I joined three years ago and we are quite pleased enjoying a physical and mental activity for our entire family. If you are a busy parent just like all parents are... I promise it is possible, you should give it a chance!!

We were lucky enough to be gifted a 3 month trial membership from a family member at Christmas time. My 13 year old son Lukas, had always had an interest in Martial Arts, but is very shy and was a little nervous about joining a big group, so this was the perfect opportunity. We began attending the classes at Elite and he has loved it from the beginning. Mr. & Mrs. Bedford are awesome!! They are professional and helpful and so kind. Our hope when we started would be to help Lukas overcome some of the shyness. We saw an almost immediate change. After class, he is so talkative, and animated. This is in part due to the gentle, kind way Mr. Bedford helps to build the confidence and esteem of these children. We don't live close to Elite, but wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

AMAZING! I couldn't be happier with the Martial Arts gym that we have chosen for our son. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Bedford, are excellent role models to all of their families. The students work hard and learn many important life lessons. Watching my son grow both personally and as a Martial Artist in the last 18 months has exceeded my expectations. It is exactly the training he needed to help him through adolescents. He feels loved and accepted by everyone at Elite Martial Arts.

Our son started with Elite Martial Arts over 2 years ago. In that time he has progressed in rank, been invited into Black Belt Club, and most recently into Leadership Club. We are most appreciative of his level of maturity, respect, and confidence, which we attribute to Elite training. When you join Elite, you become part of the family. Elite has social events and a Holiday party, for all to attend. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and encouraging to one another. The instructors are well trained and give all the individual attention a student needs.

My two young grandsons and I have been training at Elite Martial Arts for almost two years and we love it. I can't say enough good things about the school. Mr. Bedford, the 5th Degree Black Belt instructor, is a dedicated, caring, patient and motivating teacher. I give this school my highest recommendation!
