I LOVE this kickboxing class! It's such a great atmosphere and right from the start everyone was so welcoming and encouraging. When they say it's like a big family, they're not joking, you really feel at home and loved here. I've gotten so much stronger in the two months I've been coming here! I couldn't do one sit-up when I first got there and now I can do about 20 without stopping!

Kickboxing at Shaolin KungFu & Fitness is the most motivating and fun workout I have ever done (and I have tried A LOT) . It is such an amazing atmosphere that makes me want to keep coming back all the time. I love this place and look forward to the days I go.

Kickboxing fitness at shaolin lungful and fitness is so much fun. You are greeted with such friendliness and warmth. The classes can be intense but you can go at your own pace. I have been going for 3 weeks and im down 5 lbs. I feel stronger and working on getting toned. The staff is so motivational and positive. Come join the family and try a class.

Kickboxing at Shaolin Kung Fu and fitness the greatest class I have ever taken. I have joined other classes in the past, and have done videos at home, but this is truly my favorite class. It has a little bit of everything. It's fast paced so you don't get bored, but you can go at your own speed. I feel stronger and more toned than I ever have doing any other workout. The best part is the people and instructors. They are all always so positive and welcoming. You never have to feel intimidated. People of all ages, and fitness levels fit right in! Plus there are so many classes offered, there is no excuse not to be able to make a few each week. I have been a member for 2 1/2 years and still enjoy it every time.

All I can say is Shaolin fitness kickboxing is the best workout I have ever gotten. The classes are upbeat with a positive energy and everyone is so supportive.
