My last two service calls were terrible (one for A/C and one for plumbing) in both cases the problem was miss diagnosed by the tech and I had to call another company to come behind them and fix the problem. I talked to Rachel and she did not address my issue about why didn't they clean the coils in place while they were there that's what the second company did and now it's fine? On the plumbing blunder I called and talked to Judy (very nice lady) and she switched me over to (David Grays secretary) and I left a message but never got a call back.

Tommy is very conscientious and diligent in his workmanship. Extremely amiable and willing to have a faucet delivered because he did not have it on the truck. Highly recommend Tommy!

Kevin Bostick did a fabulous job replacing a water heater at one of the worst possible times, right before Thanksgiving! He faced a complex challenge in a tight space with physical obstacles to remove and replace the water heater. Not only did he get the job done on time, he did it with a good attitude. David Gray was smart to hire him and hopefully he’s being compensated well for his integrity, friendliness, and desire to do good, honest work. Thank you, Kevin!
