Davi Ford and his assistant were fantastic. When I explained my problem and concerns he put me at ease. He found the problem, a tree root had engulfed the main pipe. After some hard work they were able to free the pipe and quickly repaired the pipe. My hats off to these two they a tribute to your company. Efficient, Professional and on time. The service was great! I was shocked by the charge for literally looking in my pipe with a camera, vs the actual clean out had I had a clog. I did not end up having any clog and the technician wasn’t there very long since there was nothing to do other then to confirm if there was one or not. I guess I thought the charge just to show up to my house “service charge” would have been it if there was no major work to be done. Or at least deducted from the “charge for looking in my pipe with a camera”. Again, the tech was very nice and knowledgeable as far as I know. I just think the charge was really high to not have to do much of anything.

I have used this company for 15 years. They are very dependable; the repair men are very honorable; and they attend to any and all matters that you have any concerns about.

Joe was awesome. Was on time, tried his best to unclog our toilet to no avail. Came back the next day and replaced it with a new one. It is this Nana’s belief that a little two year old critter in our household put a toy in it and flushed. I caught him in my bathroom flushing the toilet and looking intently as it flushed. Joe was great and finished leaving us with a wonderful new commode. Friendly and courteous.
