AMAZING staff -- supportive, high energy, incredibly nice. The classes are fabulous for first timers and seasoned boxers since they help you modify every move if you need to! Love it!

Love this gym! Great full body workout in 60 minutes- cardio, strength, flexibility, coordination, it has a little bit of everything and is great for all fitness levels. Instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, they want to help you reach your goals! Can't say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend!!!

The energy, enthusiasm & encouragement is infectious! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful-the overall workout experience is amazing from start to finish. I have not felt more welcome at a club than I feel here. I started with an awesome trial offer, but was sold after the first class. I am proud Tribe member #14.

A fitness journey will be different for everyone. If you love being led by a motivated and passionate trainer that cares if you attend class or not- this is the place for you. Its not just the kickboxing that keeps me around-- its the trainers at the facility. They have a positive, hardworking, and no excuses mentality-- which aligns with my way of thinking. There is every fitness level in every class and you definitely sweat.... a lot. However, every time I leave, I CANT WAIT TO COME BACK!

This place is amazing!! ILoveKickboxing is one of the best things I've done for myself! It's not only a great stress reliever, but one Hell of a workout!! I have gained so much strength and endurance since starting and I keep getting stronger each time I go! The instructors are amazing! They are so welcoming and encouraging throughout your journey. I highly recommend trying a class or two out and hopefully you'll become a meme er too, and become a part of an amazing community!

Fantastic exercise! Terrific owners and staff! As much as I dread the first 15 min of class, I am always so glad I went to get an amazing workout. You definitely get your sweat on here. You not only get an amazing full body workout, you leave feeling empowered and ready to take on the day! They offer support to all skill levels and make everyone feel comfortable. The other members are beyond encouraging and really make this feel like a home away from home. I can't tell enough people how much I love it here!

From the first time I walked through the doors, I felt like I was home. Ilovekickboxing has been life changing for me. I challenge myself every time I hit the mat, and the instructors are amazing. I have lost weight, gained energy, strength and confidence. You won't regret joining the ilovekickboxing family!! The workout is intense but so worth it.
