This place is Amazing! The sense of family and community is what makes this Gym one-of-a-kind. From the moment you walk through the door you feel welcomed. The instructors are great at keeping you motivated and push you to do your best. The best workout by far!

I can't say enough about ilovekickboxing-Woodbury! I actually ended my gym membership after my first class. Be prepared to sweat! The motivation is awesome. You never feel like giving up. The online group connections let you get to know the other members & instructors for an extra buddy system. Thank you Dawn, Courtney, Haley, Peter & Andrew!

The part I love the most about ILoveKickboxing-Woodbury, is that I feel like all the trainers really care about me and my success. They are non-judgmental, inspirational, motivational, caring and truly interested that I succeed in my goals to better health. I have been going for a month and yes, I am starting to see results on the outside but what is happening on the inside is more important. What is most exciting is that I look forward to working out and can’t wait to see the smiling faces of the trainers welcoming me to another workout!

The trainers are awesome and treat you like family. The workout is challenging but they make it fun and help you through it. They are there for all of their members no matter what you need. I would recommend ILKB, Woodbury to anyone. You are missing out!

I love the staff and workouts. They are very supportive and encouraging and they make it so much fun to want to workout. They are there for anytime, no matter if you go to the gym or if you messaged them personally. Love this place!

I truly love this place. The workout is amazing ( and while the first 15 minutes is brutal it's totally worth it). The trainers are wonderful, motivating individuals- who push you to give it your all. I feel blessed that I found this place and instantly became a member. I don't regret it one bit. They are in the life changing business, helping others take control of their life one punch, one kick at a time! With the help of this place, I have already lost 20lbs, and feel better about myself.
