Established in 1990, Denby Nursery School has built a wealth of experience in educating children from all walks of life. Over the last 22 years Denby has maintained a high standard of education with fully qualified, experienced and passionate teachers.
Denby Nursery School continues to pride itself on focusing early child development through an updated and diverse education curriculum that builds a solid foundation prior to entrance into primary school.
Denby also promotes exposure through a wide variety of extra-curricular activities such as Swimming, Baking, Gymnastics, Dance, Computers and Music Lessons. This develops confidence and is a fantastic opportunity for our children to demonstrate their knowledge and skills to parents throughout the year during Sports Days, Open Days, Graduation Ceremonies and our biggest event of all - The End of Year Concert at the famous Reps Theatre!
Child safety is a priority within the school; Denby utilises high quality, modern and secure equipment both indoors and outdoors. Our children are supervised by qualified teachers and their assistants at all times.
Overall, Denby offers a colourful, stimulating and protected environment enabling valuable exposure and education for your child. The school welcomes you to their office between 7.30am – 5.30pm, Monday – Friday.
Classes and Curriculum
Denby Nursery School offer pre-school classes for children aged between 2-5 years old. Classes range from Minnies (Ages 2-3), Nursery (Ages 3-4) through to Grade 0 (Ages 4-5). Full Day and Half Day options are available for children.
Denby Nursery School has maintained a high success rate of children progressing into Grade 1 at well renowned private and public schools within Zimbabwe.
