Extremely poor service.
Parcel was collected in UK on18 Nov and only arrived in Zimbabwe by 30 Nov. After being cleared by customs it was collected on 2 Dec. It was put on a vehicle at 7.51am yesterday, 3 Dec, and scheduled for delivery by 8pm (?) the same day.
Needless to say it never arrived.
