Made the mistake of having a suit dry cleaned here and later saw the price at the dry cleaners two blocks away was almost half the price of Kents.

I can't stand the following incident! KENTS Dry Cleaners & Laundry is the worst laundry place in Hong Kong! Some of their staff are rude and they don't want your business at all. When most of the laundry places offer same day collection, I have been advised that it should take 3 days instead! A middle-aged woman, at 5' 3", wearing glasses, who is the worst staff member at KENTS, told me that I am being demanding by asking for same day collection and she did not want my business, while I have been using your service for 2 years! Also, their scale is very tricky with 0.5 lb in advance before weighing my laundry! In a nutshell, I'm not going back to KENTS again! You present the worst of Hong Kong!
