Our facilities provide a secure, safe, friendly and convenient student housing option in Mexico City.
We have 21 rooms and offer lodging options to 24 international and Mexican guests, often university students, studying at UNAM, ITAM, TEC de Monterrey or any of the other schools in Mexico City.
We offer three types of rooms priced per month:
-> single with bathroom (6,190 MXN)
-> single without a bathroom (4,190 MXN)
-> double with a bathroom (3,690 MXN)
The design of our spaces offers a warm, authentic atmosphere. We love practicing hospitality as part of our essence and want to help our guests as much as possible to make sure you have a great stay with us.
We are conveniently located near public transportation and walking distance to the university campus of UNAM.
