We offer a complete Design and Planning service to the domestic market. We have years of experience in construction and design, from new builds to numerous types of extension. Experience has thought the importance of listening to our clients but also guiding them through design ideas and space utilisation.
We initially offer our client a FREE no obligation consultation, where we will listen to their thoughts and hopes for their new build whether an extension, renovation or green field site. Subject to contract we will carry out a full measure of the existing property and prepare outline plans of the existing structure. From this we will prepare a design for the new extension and liaise with client until satisfied. We will prepare a planning submission from these plans and follow up until Planning approval. We can further assist with Building Control Drawings and appointment of builders.
