We’re Long Man Carpentry, a Brighton-based carpentry business run by friends Ted and Jake. With carpentry running in the family for both of us, we bring a mix of traditional skills, practical experience and a real appreciation for good craftsmanship. Ted trained with City & Guilds before gaining years of experience across a range of projects, from kitchen fittings and barn conversions to converting campers in Australia. He enjoys the variety of carpentry and the satisfaction of taking something from an idea through to a finished build. Jake has a keen eye for detail and a particular appreciation for historical buildings and the craftsmanship behind them and has a passion for garden rooms custom saunas and outdoor buildings.
