Manson Boxa was established in 2001 by Jeremy Manson ACA and Phillip Moores ACIS who both have over ten years' experience in providing accounting and compliance work for small enterprises.
Jeremy Manson qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1978. Following four years' experience in auditing a broad variety of enterprises, he gained further experience working as an accountant in a number of business sectors including software production and distribution, architectural practice, film production and distribution, charities and housing associations.
Phillip Moores qualified as a Company Secretary in 1992 and since then has developed numerous successful businesses. Phillip is highly regarded in his field and contributes to the ICSA's (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) submissions to the Treasury regarding proposed legislation.
