With four partners, six associate attorneys, and a total staff of twenty, we focus our efforts on providing exceptional service to our clients. W. Troy Barrett, founder of Barrett, Twomey, Broom, Hughes & Hoke, LLP, began the practice of law in 1949 in West Frankfort, Illinois, as a sole practitioner, later moving his office to Carbondale, Illinois, in 1952. As the needs of Southern Illinois expanded, so did his practice, ultimately resulting in the firm that is today.
