The loss of something meaningful and important in life is changing in the world on both sides of the world. It is important to realize that this loss is not just the death of a loved one; it can be any type of loss. This includes the loss of a beloved pet, the loss of a job, the end of a relationship or the loss of a future goal or driving force in life. Often people who have a sudden or chronic debilitating disease or a traumatic injury or illness go through a period of grievance in the loss of things they want to do in their life.
