All of our properties are solely owned by Major Charles and Sara Fenwick and this makes each property our own personal concern. Our aim is to give you the highest possible standard of accommodation, along with the personal touch, such as a warm welcome with our meet and greet service by a member of our team, your welcome pack, The White Company toiletries and a wealth of local information at your finger tips in our guides. We also pay great attention to our guest's personal needs and each member of our team is contactable 24 hrs a day. We pride ourselves on going that extra mile for our guests, from guided tours of the Estate, changes to soya products rather than dairy in your welcome packs, to the simple things such as using non allergenic washing powder for those with skin allergies, sensitive skin or even undergoing chemotherapy. We will endeavour to meet all requests to the best of our ability.
