Graham Ross
Graham has been in the architectural design and construction profession for some forty five years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of building industry.
Grahams strength is in building regulations, preparing plans/drawings for extensions, new build, change of use, refurbishments, loft conversions, Listed & Historic Building renovations, and building design in conservation areas……
Graham started on construction sites and demonstrated competence as a specialist in building construction, later leading his own construction business had undertaken a building projects from inception to completion in Sussex, Surrey and London.
Graham was also formerly trained in L.A. Planning by Crawley Borough Council and Surrey County Council. Leaving construction business he qualified as architectural technician and designer, setting up Building Plan Design practice in 1994 and successfully producing high quality building plans.

Monika Ryan
Monika an architectural technician has been in the surveying and architectural design profession for about twenty two years, experienced in land surveying and CAD drawing she surveys and prepares all the drawings and undertakes planning submissions via Planning Portal and packages for the clients, following submission of every Planning Application, she liaise with the local Planning Officer and pursue each Planning Application until receipt of a favourable Planning Consent.
When required, we consult and liaise with specialists; including Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Thermal Consultants, Chartered land Surveyors. We also work closely with Local Authorities in order to ensure efficiency and to keep abreast of local planning policies and legislation.
