Eric Fong is a successful personal injury and criminal defense trial lawyer. He fights for individual liberties and rights, against greedy insurance companies and an overreaching criminal justice system. Federal and State court experienced and nationally recognized.Mr. Fong has tried over 40 cases to a verdict and argued over 60 cases in the Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. He has successfully litigated in the United States District Courts of Western and Eastern Washington, Pierce County, King County and Kitsap County.
