Rock Trust works with young people aged 16-25 who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We advise, educate and support young people to enable them to build the personal skills and resources required to make a positive and healthy transition to adulthood. The services we offer young people have been developed to address the broad range of needs and experiences of young people, with an emphasis on creating choice. No one version of support is appropriate for every person. That is why our services range from long-term support for young people with very complex needs, such as those leaving care, to emergency support for young people in crisis, to a helping hand for young people who are simply struggling to access an expensive and competitive rental market.
