HJPC teaches young people from the age 10-16 how to lift weights in a safe and friendly environment.
We will teach you the three powerlifting moves, deadlift , back squat and bench press and the two Olympic lifts , snatch and clean & jerk.
At HJPC clubs are on a Wednesday 4.30- 5.15. Thursday is a "Girls only Training" session 5-6pm. Saturday is from 11.15-12pm
We can also provide 1-1 training
At HJPC we make training fun and you will become fitter and stronger you will also meet other young people that will encourage and support you.
