At Padrone we have elevated pizza making to an art form.
Hand built for us in Verona, Italy, our wood-fired pizza oven is at the heart of our creations.
We use the finest Italian ingredients - 00 flour, homemade tomato sugo and 100 percent mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella.
Our slow-rising dough is hand stretched and baked at up to 500c to create a thin and light pizza.
