Crumbs and Crusts started 30 years ago in my grandmothers kitchen. Every visit my Nan would take me to the kitchen and we would create a treat to serve the family. Our first bake was a jam upside pudding cooked in the microwave, I will never forget how amazed I was when the finished product came out. I will never forget the joy such a simple recipe and method brought to my family. My Nan told me that if I baked with a fire in my heart then everyone who ate my food would feel loved, cared for and happy, so that was when the fire in my heart for baking ignited. It is my mission to spread joy to all my customers. I follow recipes that my Nan taught me, some I have tweaked along the way but sometimes you just can't beat the good old classics.
