The gym is located in a pleasant residential area in the centre of Putney, just a few moments away from Putney High Street or any of the train stations (Putney, East Putney or Putney Bridge stations).
No matter what your current fitness level or age you will receive a warm welcome. Our members range from the age of 14 to 70-plus.
At just under 3000 Sq ft the gym is equipped with a full line of Eleiko, MedX, Nautilus and other essential equipment to perform the perfect tailored work-out.
